Couple of months ago Google announced Google for Jobs that mainly focused on helping job seekers to find right and suitable jobs. .Today Google announced new tool Hire which helps businesses manage their candidates.
Google search connects job seekers to various websites like Monster, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Facebook.
Hire integrates with G Suite to work well together to meet the needs of recruiting team. It will also helps to save time of recruiting team members by focusing on their top priorities instead of copy-pasting across tools.

“Hire makes easy for clients to identify talent, build strong candidate relationships and efficiently manage the interview process end-to-end. It integrates seamlessly with G Suite apps like Gmail and Google Calendar which more than 3 million businesses use,many of them drive recruiting efforts,” -Berit Johnson, Senior Product Manager of Google Cloud writes on Google’s blog

Hire is mainly designed for U.S companies with less than 1000 employees.
